Parent Classes:

The RMV requires that 1 parent take the 2 hour parent class(unless the student is 18 or older), as this class is a requirement included in the Driver Education program. The parent class is good for 5 years. For in person classes we hold the parent class on the first day for the first 2 hours of each session. In most cases, OnLine parent class will be held the day before the session at 4:00pm. If that time does not fit your schedule, you may attend a parent class in one of the upcoming classes and this would not affect your son/daughter from attending the class that he/she signs up for. As this is an RMV requirement, the parent class portion must be fulfilled for the students requirements to be complete.
